Dear Heavenly Father, 

I come before you today, to acknowledge that I am a sinner in need of salvation. 

I  confess with my mouth that Jesus is my Lord and personal saviour.  

I believe in my heart that Jesus died, and was raised from death for my justification.  

Thank you Jesus for forgiving me all my sin through your blood, and making me a child of God. 

Amen!
